Recently, Reifenhäuser installed the first 1700RHS co-extruded film production line in China using REItorque extruder drive technology. In the next two months, the company will deliver similar production lines to Malaysia and Indonesia.

 

    Rei fenhäuser's 1700RHS co-extruded film production line Reifenhäuser became the first supplier to put this technology into production in China and Southeast Asia by using REItorque extruder drive technology in RHS models. With this model, customers can increase energy efficiency, reduce noise levels, and eliminate the need to replace the air filter. The screw can be pulled out from the front or back.

 

    Orders for the 1700RHS line are currently in the middle of next year, with orders for 10 lines sold to Spain, Italy, Greece, the US and Eastern European countries. In order to ensure the further expansion of the company's assembly capacity, the company plans to build a new assembly building with an area of 6,000 square meters and new office space. The new project is expected to be put into operation in the middle of next year.

 

    Since the first production line was installed in January last year, Reifenhäuser expects to complete the delivery of the 15th RHS co-extruded film production line in China and Southeast Asia by the end of this year.
